Getting Things Done: less stress, more productivity

Recognize this?

  • You’re an expert in your field, but e-mails and ad hoc issues prevent you from showing it.
  • At the end of the day you miss the feeling of having made real progress. Once at home you find it difficult to let go of your work.
  • You’re overwhelmed and it’s difficult to stay focused. Your head is always full of things you have to do. But when?
  • You’re convinced you could have done so much more today. But how?

GTD® is about creating space and being able to focus. In a context with ever-increasing amounts of information coming your way and so much you could potentially do how to deal with that, so you can stay as productive as you expect yourself to be?

The GTD Level 1: Fundamentals course delivers a highly effective and sustainable way to attain greater levels of personal productivity.

“Your mind is for having ideas. Not for holding them” David Allen

You will learn:

  • How to empty your head, so you can focus on the things that really matter.
  • How to swiftly process all the commitments in your work and life.
  • How to create a well-organized list of tasks and projects.
  • How to make trusted choices in your work and all that you do.
  • How to build a trusted system that exactly fits your needs
  • How to maintain the system so that it becomes a regular part of your daily life.

Getting Things Done: Level 2 Projects & Priorities

Have you mastered the GTD Fundamentals?

Has capturing become a second nature and are clarifying and organizing a daily routine?

If so, time has come to be challenged once more: take your GTD skills and GTD system to the next level: GTD Level 2, Projects & Priorities.

With GTD Level 2 Projects & Priorities you dive deeper into the GTD models for defining and planning projects and managing priorities. Key elements for defining and managing one’s complete inventory of multi-step outcomes within an integrated system, providing control and appropriate focus, week to week. The key result is clarity.

In the GTD Level 2 Projects & Priorities course you work on a 100% complete Projects list. You also map out your areas of focus and accountability and work on a project using the Natural Planning Model®. In short, you get all sorts of tools to really master Horizon 1 and 2.

After a brief instruction you work with your own lists in order to sharpen them, expand them and make them more precise. At the end of the course you have your Project list and your roles and areas of responsibility sharply mapped.
